I was invited to the Sage and Ivy fashion show last week. I was really excited to see next years Spring/Summer collection. Talk about fashion forward… this summer isn’t even over yet!

Designer Alexia van Engelen presented her 2011 collection for the first time. The collection, named Phoenix, can best be described as modern, natural and romantic. Drapes and delicate fabrics such as silk and lace were mixed with futuristic touches. It wasn’t hard to see that Sage and Ivy stands for femininity. The models wore gracefull dresses in soft colors but also with colorful accents and florals. Overall, a great collection to keep in mind for next year!
